HM8143: Saving of PC Arbitrary data (ID #527)

The memory for the arbitrary waveform got power from an internal capacitor. This allow, that the data are kept some day's in the memory, even the Instrument was switched off. To reload the capacitor you need to switch on the instrument every second or third day. The capacitor will not be charged in stand by mode.
