HO720 / HO730: Virtual COM Port (ID #564)

To control a device with a HO730 or HO720 dual interface via USB without a provided HAMEG software, we recommend to use a virtual COM port (VCP).

This VCP is provided via a special driver.

This driver sets up an additional COM port in the Windows Device Manager, which can be used like a physical COM port. The physical COM port will be translated to the connected USB port.
