HZ530 / HZ540 / HZ550: Correction values for EMC test (ID #654)

The HAMEG probe sets includes probes which are used for so-called relative measurements.

This means that one performs a measurement, afterwards changes something on the test object and then performs a second measurement. Now, you can see the impact of the change directly on the measuring result.

For this, neither the frequency response, nor a correction factor or similar is needed.
