HM8118: Measurement of a resistor (ID #660)

The resistance measurement of the HM8118 always works with the method voltage application (AC) and measuring the resulting current. The only difference from L or C is that the phase angle is near 0°. A resistance measurement with DC is not provided. The bias voltage is only used for the capacitance measurement.
