The hardware design engineer of a well known Swiss automotive supplier had been looking forward to the handing over of the prize with mixed feelings. "Will those HAMEG people really be coming," he asked himself "or is all this not true?" In any case, the enthusiasm during unpacking was great, and the surprise: "The HMO1024 is really very compact!" was also clearly evident. "I'm very much delighted, naturally, and my son who is a student of mechatronics will also be delighted. Often he said: We could well use a good oscilloscope" when father and son were both faced with a difficult measuring problem "now we have a good one and a 4-channel MSO/DSO which can even decode serial and parallel buses!" Mr. Kelm showed his delight over and over again and added "This will be a surprise!" because he had not told anybody that he won. We wish the whole technically skilled Kelm family a lot of fun and a whole bag of difficult measuring tasks for the future.
