RMA request


To speed up the repair procedure all customers need to request an RMA number before returning any instrument to HAMEG. This will help us to process your order as fast and accurately as possible.

Information on your instrument

Type*:e.g. HM303-6, HM1507-2, etc.
Serial no.*:See label on instrument's back. If your serial number is like Zxxxxx, please give production week and year which are located next to the serial number (e.g. 34/99).
Date of purchase*:This information is important to determine wether your instrument is within the warranty period. Please attach the sales slip to the instrument.

Additional information

Automatic clearance:In Euro. Please enter the maximum cost you want to have your instrument repaired without an explicit clearance.

Please tick whether your instrument should be calibrated by us (including an ISO certificate) and/or if you want to receive an estimate of cost before your instrument will be repaired.

Prices for our calibrations are to be found in an extra calibration price list.

The UPS return service will be charged if instrument is outside warranty period.

If the original cardboard box is not available we can send you a new one with costs.
