Warranty & repair


For repairs during the statutory warranty period, please contact the dealer you bought your HAMEG instrument from.

 

When returning your instrument to your dealer, please note the following:


For warranty repairs please attach a sales slip (invoice, delivery note) with the date of purchase on it.
The instruments to be returned have to be packed well padded in packaging suitable to absorb shocks during transport. Possible transport damage is at the sender's risk. If you do not have suitable packaging on hand please contact the our sales department (sales@hameg.com) to order an empty original cardboard box.
Any return has to be sent carriage paid. Unpaid packages will not be accepted. For warranty repairs we will refund the shipping costs up to the mail charges for a 10 kg package (e.g. DHL). On demand we will arrange thereturn via UPS. Freight costs for the return service will be charged if theinstrument is outside the warranty period.
Instruments repaired outside warranty (for whatever reason) are returned on prepayment basis unless otherwise agreed. Other conditions are available on demand.
